    Looking attractive goes beyond genetics for women. While self-massage techniques, dermal fillers, and beauty hacks can enhance our appearance, our habits also play a crucial role. Each person has their own habits, such as drinking a glass of water in the morning or following a multi-stage skincare routine consistently. The cumulative effect of these beauty rituals can significantly impact our overall appearance.

    1. Cleansing Twice a Day It is essential to cleanse your skin in the morning and evening, even if you don’t feel like your face is dirty. While we sleep, our bodies actively work on restoring and renewing tissues, and the epidermis is no exception. Dead cells and sebum can lead to inflammation and clogged pores, and throughout the day, city dust accumulates on the skin.
    2. Ultimate guide to skin and hair health: Choose a suitable product for your skin  and hair type. It helps to restore balance for oily and combination skin or gently cleanse and soothe dry and sensitive skin. While cleaning skin, avoid overdoing it to prevent damaging the skin’s protective layer—warm water and a light massage with a small amount of cleanser are sufficient.
    3. Morning Warm-up Consider incorporating a morning exercise routine. Even 10-15 minutes of exercise can invigorate and tone your body after a night’s rest, eliminate residual sleepiness, and help you maintain your figure. You don’t need to wake up an hour earlier; a short morning workout can make a significant difference.
    4. SPF Cream All Year Round Applying sunscreen to exposed skin throughout the year is a healthy habit that should not be limited to just the summer months. Sunlight affects our skin even in winter and autumn. Studies have shown that individuals who use SPF cream consistently age 24% slower than those who don’t. Additionally, wearing sunglasses on clear winter and autumn days can protect your eyes from harmful UV radiation.
    5. Maintain a Food Diary and Monitor Hydration “A healthy mind in a healthy body” is not solely achieved through exercise, abstaining from harmful substances, and regular health check-ups. Proper nutrition is a crucial aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Make it a habit to keep a food diary and record what you eat throughout the day, identifying any unnecessary or unhealthy food choices to exclude from your diet. Additionally, remember to maintain proper hydration by drinking approximately 2 liters of water daily. Insufficient water intake can negatively impact your overall health.
    6. Neck care The skin of the neck is delicate and prone to signs of aging.
